Submitting a booking request does not guarantee tutor availability or reserve a lesson. Study4Excellence confirms the schedule and sends payment instructions before lessons begin.

Package lessons are intended to be scheduled within one month, subject to agreed availability. For cancellations, rescheduling, refunds or payment disputes, please contact support by email or WhatsApp. Requests are reviewed individually; this page does not promise automatic refunds. The full terms must be reviewed and published before accepting bookings.

Referral terms: New families receive £5 off their first 5- or 10-lesson package. Referrers earn £5 credit after the new family completes its first paid lesson. Credits are not cash and are subject to verification.
