Study4Excellence collects parent contact details, school year, Maths support needs, scheduling preferences, booking and referral information to respond to enquiries and deliver tutoring. We use optional marketing consent separately from booking communications.

We use Hostinger to host booking records and may use email and WhatsApp to communicate. We do not collect card details; PayPal handles payments. We restrict access to authorised administrators.

For access, correction or deletion requests contact patolagift@gmail.com. We retain records only as needed for bookings, accounting and legal obligations. The final notice must specify the legal entity, address, lawful bases, retention periods, international transfers and applicable rights before launch.
